Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

      • If the dubbed video is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no satisfactory explanation is provided.
      • If there is a significant quality issue with the dubbing that goes against the initial agreement and cannot be resolved.

2. Refund Request Process:

    • To request a refund, customers must contact us within 3 working days of receiving their dubbed video, providing a detailed explanation of the issue. The request can be sent to our customer support email.

3. Review and Approval:

    • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds:

    • In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if only a portion of the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards.
