- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the video content they provide does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information for the dubbing process.
4. Quality Assurance:
- We strive to deliver high-quality dubbing services. If there are any issues with the quality, customers must notify us within 3 working days of delivery for rectification.
5. Intellectual Property:
- All dubbed content remains the intellectual property of the customer. Dubbify.in does not claim any ownership rights over the content provided by customers.
6. Privacy Policy:
- Customer privacy is important to us. Personal information and video content provided will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our dubbing services and will not be shared with third parties without customer consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
- Dubbify.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Modification of Terms:
- Dubbify.in reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
9. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
10. Payment Gateway:
- Dubbify.in utilizes the payment gateway services of Swap Automotive Pvt. Ltd. for all transactions.
